Description
Made from semi-rigid, non-reflective, white plastic sheet with non-reflective black letters. Each chart comes with a set-up kit.
Letter sizes:
60/6, 36/6, 24/6, 18/6, 12/6, 9/6, 7.5/6, 6/6, 5/6. The letter size is printed under each line. The “DX” charts have one 6/6 line.
This chart is available for test at a 3 metre distance from patient .
